BRAD CALEB LEE

Mae Brad Caleb Lee yn ddylunydd theatr rhyngwladol, yn ogystal â chyfarwyddwr, cynhyrchydd, curadur, dylunydd arddangosfeydd, golygydd ac athro sy’n hyrwyddo cydweithio gwirioneddol i greu profiadau cysylltiol â chynulleidfaoedd. Mae’r cydweithwyr yn cynnwys Theatr Kings Head, St. George’s Bryste, Elan Frontoio, Opera Sonic, Opera'r Ddraig, Theatr East Riding, Opera Cenedlaethol Cymru, Cwmni Shakespeare Prâg, Theatr Tuscaloosa, Hell in a Handbag, Theatr Filament, Bros Do Prose, Theatr Haf New Canaan, a Theatr Monomoy. Bu’n cyd-ddylunio Make/Believe, y Pafiliwn Prydeinig sydd wedi ennill gwobrau ar gyfer Dathliad Pedeirblynyddol Prâg 2015 a’i gyfnod preswyl yn Amgueddfa Victoria ac Albert. Cafodd ei waith ei gynnwys yn World Stage Design 2017 yn Taipei. Ar gyfer Canolfan Mileniwm Cymru, mae wedi dylunio BOCS, theatr bwrpasol ar gyfer profiadau digidol ac wedi curadu/dylunio arddangosfa EICH LLAIS CHI, gan gynnwys 400 darn o waith a wnaed gan bobl ledled Cymru. Ef yw golygydd gwreiddiol ASCENDING, cylchgrawn digidol sy’n rhoi llais i’r genhedlaeth nesaf o ddylunwyr.

Brad Caleb Lee is an international designer for theatre, as well as a director, producer, curator, exhibition designer, editor, and teacher championing true collaboration to create connective audience experiences. Collaborators include Kings Head Theatre, St. George’s Bristol, Elan Frontoio, Opera Sonic, Opera'r Ddraig, East Riding Theatre, Welsh National Opera, Prague Shakespeare Company, Theatre Tuscaloosa, Hell in a Handbag, Filament Theatre, Bros Do Prose, the Summer Theatre of New Canaan, and The Monomoy Theatre. He co-designed Make/Believe, the award-winning British Pavilion for The Prague Quadrennial 2015 and its residency at the Victoria & Albert Museum. His work was an included in World Stage Design 2017 in Taipei. For the Wales Millennium Centre he has designed BOCS, a custom theatre for digital experiences and curated/designed the exhibition YOUR VOICE, including 400 pieces of work made by people across Wales. He is the founding editor of ASCENDING, a digital magazine giving voice to the next generation of designers.

RUTH STRINGER

Mae Ruth Stringer yn ddylunydd set a gwisgoedd yn ne Cymru, gydag MA mewn Dylunio Theatr o Goleg Brenhinol Cerdd a Drama Cymru.

Mae Ruth wedi bod yn dylunio ar gyfer theatr, opera, dawns a gosodiadau ers dros 10 mlynedd. Mae ei hoff brosiectau’n chwilio am fannau anarferol ac yn yr awyr agored, yn gwreiddio’r gymuned, ac yn dathlu arferion gwyrdd o ran eu dylunio a’u gwireddu.

Mae Ruth yn eiriolwr cryf dros weithio’n gynaliadwy yn y diwydiant perfformio. Yn 2019, cymerodd ran yng nhymor preswyl National Theatre Wales, Egin, a oedd yn edrych ar ymatebion artistig i newid yn yr hinsawdd; thema y mae’n ei datblygu mewn prosiectau yn y dyfodol. Mae Ruth yn aelod craidd o dîm Ecostage (ecostage.online), ac o Weithgor Cynaliadwyedd Cymdeithas Dylunwyr Theatr Prydain, ac roedd yn rhan o dîm a ddatblygodd gwrs Hyfforddiant Llythrennedd Carbon yn ddiweddar wedi ei deilwra ar gyfer dylunwyr theatr. Ochr yn ochr â’i phrosiectau dylunio, mae Ruth hefyd yn Rheolwr Cynaliadwyedd ac Effeithiau ar GALWAD.

Ruth is a set and costume designer based in South Wales, with an MA in Theatre Design from Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Ruth has been designing for theatre, opera, dance and installation for over 10 years. Her favourite projects seek out unusual and outdoor spaces, embed the community, and celebrate green practice in their design and realisation.

Ruth is a strong advocate for working sustainably in the performance industry. In 2019 she took part in National Theatre Wales’ residency, Egin, which explored artistic responses to climate change; a theme she is developing in future projects. Ruth is a core member of the Ecostage team (ecostage.online), and of the Society of British Theatre Designers Sustainability Working Group, and was part of a team who recently developed a Carbon Literacy Training course tailored towards theatre designers. Alongside her design projects, Ruth is also co-Sustainability and Impacts Manager on GALWAD.

Mae Daniel, Americanwr sydd wedi ymgartrefu yng Nghymru ers deng mlynedd, yn Rheolwr Cynhyrchu ar Deithiau ac mae wrth ei fodd yn gweithio gyda dylunwyr, yn enwedig Cymdeithas Dylunwyr Theatr Prydain (SBTD).  O ran Teithiau, mae wedi gweithio llawer yn y DU, Ewrop a’r Unol Daleithiau, gan weithio ym maes Theatr, Ffilm a Theledu.  Cyn symud i’r Deyrnas Unedig yn 2013, roedd Daniel yn gweithio’n bennaf fel Dylunydd Sain a Pheiriannydd Monitorau.

An American, who has made Wales his home for the last ten years, Daniel is a Production Tour Manger who loves working with designers, and in particular the SBTD.  On Tour he has worked extensively in the UK, Europe, and the United States, working in Theatre,  Film,  and Television.  Before moving to the United Kingdom in 2013, Daniel was primarily a Sound Designer and Monitor engineer.

Ar hyn o bryd mae Caroline yn dilyn cwrs MA Rheolaeth yn y Celfyddydau yng Ngholeg Brenhinol Cerdd a Drama Cymru.

 

Mae Caroline yn ffotograffydd masnachol profiadol sydd wedi gweithio am dros 7 mlynedd mewn stiwdio brysur yn cynhyrchu ffotograffiaeth at ddibenion hysbysebu a marchnata. Mae wedi gweithio mewn cysylltiad agos â phobl greadigol a swyddogion marchnata ar gyfer amrywiaeth eang o gleientiaid rhyngwladol a busnesau lleol.

Mae gan Caroline brofiad helaeth o ddarlithio, gan gynnwys ar y cwrs adnabyddus Diploma Sylfaen mewn Celf a Dylunio, a oedd yn arfer bod wedi’i leoli ar gampws Glyn-taf. Ar hyn o bryd mae’n darlithio ym Mhrifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd i’r Ysgol Rheolaeth, yn yr adran Marchnata Ffasiwn yn bennaf, i israddedigion ar bob lefel.

Caroline is currently undertaking MA Arts Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

 

Caroline is an experienced commercial photographer having worked for over 7 years in a busy studio producing photography for advertising and marketing purposes. She has worked closely with creatives and marketing executives for a wide variety of international clients and local businesses.

Caroline has extensive lecturing experience, including on the renowned Foundation Diploma Art & Design course, formerly based at Glyntaff. She currently lectures at Cardiff Metropolitan University for the School of Management, primarily within the Fashion Marketing department, across all undergraduate levels.
